My Rhomboid Major

I love being a waitress, especially at Fine Dining Restaurants.
I think I am too old to do this now. When I was 18 and 19, I did this with ease all day. I could comfortably lift a tray above my head to pass others.
I enjoyed being able to balance all kinds of weight, until I made a stupid mistake.
I used a machine on my scapula for too long on my rhomboid major. As a result, I had to stop being a server for a long time.
The truth is that even 20 years later, there is extremity weakness in this region of my body.
My extremities that are weak require all of the strengthen I have so I must develop a Pilates routine that will allow me to gain strength without causing referred pain into another region.
My bad pain has been decreased but I must get good pain to ensure that my muscles get stronger.
I found a barre bar that I feel comfortable traveling with.
I usually would use better, stronger and more expensive products, but due to my Desert budget being so small, I did not purchase the Pilates Reformer that I really wanted to purchase.
This is not a bad thing either.
I am dangerous with exercise and I do not want to do too much too soon.
I really want to pace myself with strength. Today, I got to walk my bike for about 15 minutes and I enjoyed it. I allowed the basket on the bike to serve as my shopping bag.
I love the fact that with a little effort I can have strong muscle mass very soon.
I cannot wait until I get my Iron Infusions and then I can enjoy getting deep into my trunk /my core and reverse the issues in my Rhomboid Major.
